To make sure that everything is smooth and simple we take a 50% deposit for all new Guests and 10% for all future online bookings. We also have a 24 hour cancellation and change of service policy (sorry about the “P” word), which means that if you cancel or change the service you have booked less than 24 hours before your appointment, you could be charged in full for that appointment and what was originally booked. So, please call us if you run into scheduling issues so that we can properly assist, as our goal is to always meet your needs, whilst ensuring that our tribe and their working day is as smooth and well organised as possible, allowing them to focus on creating beautiful, healthy, awe inspiring hair 🙂
