To make sure that everything is smooth and simple we take a 50% deposit for all new Guests and 10% for all future online bookings. We also have a 24 hour cancellation policy (sorry about the “P” word), which means that if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you could be charged in full for that appointment. So, please call us if you run into scheduling issues so that we can properly assist, as our goal is to always meet your needs, whilst ensuring that our tribe and their working day is as smooth and well organised as possible, allowing them to focus on creating beautiful, healthy, awe inspiring hair 🙂
